The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends within the Latino community, consumer behavior, and innovative marketing techniques. As CMO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and product management.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI on various campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Lead the creation of compelling content through copywriting that resonates with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a CMO or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Google analytics tools and other digital marketing platforms.
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management related to marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies.
• Exceptional research skills to analyze market trends and consumer insights.
• Experience in product management with a focus on aligning products with market needs.
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content across various channels.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
